Vous êtes tous invités à venir participer à une levée de fonds que nous organisons au Bar le Saint-Sulpice.
Cet événement se tiendra le samedi 18 octobre à partir de 18h00, dans la salle « Le Cabaret » au 3e étage.
Il est ouvert à TOUS.

Les causes :
Cette année encore, c’est une levée de fonds conjointe à 2 causes que nous organisons :

Projet Sphinx : association de secours animalier qui a un besoin constant d’argent pour pouvoir vacciner, stériliser, soigner et nourrir les chats que nous avons en attente d’adoption. Nous avons aussi certains chats qui nécessitent des soins particuliers tel que Minouche qui a été diagnostiquée cet été avec une insuffisance rénale et qui a besoin de traitements hebdomadaires.

Vaincre le cancer du sein : rien que par le nom, vous savez de quoi il en retourne. Sandrine, l'une des organisatrices de cette soirée, était cette année l’une des 2250 participants à la marche de 60km. A eux tous, ils ont amassé un montant de 6 millions de dollars, destinés au Centre du Cancer Segal de l’Hopital général juif. L’année prochaine, je me joins à Sandrine pour cette marche.

Lors de cette levée de fonds, vous aurez à votre disposition 2 boites, chacune destinée à une cause, et vous aurez donc la possibilité de déposer votre don dans l’une, l’autre  ou les 2 boites.

Droit d’entrée :
Même s’il s’agit d’une levée de fonds, nous devons louer la salle. Elle ne nous est pas offerte gracieusement…
Pour cela, nous vous demanderons une participation de 4$ à l’entrée. Le surplus des droits d’entrée perçus sera évidemment réparti entre les 2 causes.

Restauration :
Vous aurez la possibilité de grignoter quelque chose sur demande auprès de la serveuse.

Animation :
Nous avons lancé l’invitation à Celine Dion, U2, Paul McCartney, mais malheureusement, nous nous y prenons trop tard, leur agenda est déjà plein !
Nous cherchons à les remplacer mais nous ne vous garantissons pas une animation.
Après tout, rien de mieux que de passer un bon moment à venir jaser avec nous, autour d’un verre. Ce sera avant tout une soirée très amicale.
Évidemment, les amis des amis sont invités.
Des prix de présence seront tirés au sort tout au long de la soirée.

Hello everybody,

You are invited to come and participate to a fund raising that we will organize at the Bar St Sulpice
This event will take place on Saturday, October 18th, from 6PM, at the 3rd floor of the bar, in “Le Cabaret”.
It is open to EVERYBODY.

The causes :
This year again, we organize the fund raising for 2 causes :

Projet Sphinx : animal rescue organization that needs money to vaccinate, sterilize, heal and feed abandoned cats we have, waiting for an adoption. We also have some cats that need some specific treatments like Minouche who has been diagnosed this summer with a renal failure and needs weekly medication.

End breast cancer : with that name, no need to explain what it is. Sandrine, one of the organizers of this party, was this year one of the 2250 participants at the 60 km walk. They all together raised $6 million, benefiting the Jewish General Hospital’s Segal Cancer center. Next year, I will join Sandrine for this 60km walk.

During our fund raising, you will have 2 boxes, for each of the 2 causes. You will have the choices to give your donation to one or the 2 causes if you want.

Admission fee :
Even if it is a fund raising event, we must rent the place. For that reason, we will ask you a 4$ participation to cover the renting. Surplus of the renting will be part of the 2 causes.

Restaurant :
You will have the opportunity to eat something. Just ask to the barman.

Party :
We have asked Celine Dion, U2, Paul McCartney to come, but unfortunately, this is too late, they are not available!!
We are trying to have other Stars for our party, but we don’t guarantee you !
After all, you are invited to come to join us to have fun, to have a drink, to talk to everybody here. This will be a very friendly party.
Obviously, friends of friends are also invited.
Presence lots will be drawn during the evening.
